Audio of Fair Vote Guelph “Vote For Canada” now available
Dear Fair Vote member or supporter:

After a half year of relative silence, Fair Vote Guelph has re-awakened. We will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, 28 June 2016, mainly to discuss the two recommended Electoral Systems designed to achieve proportionality. Please feel free to circulate to your networks.

Our planning group includes 7 busy people. We will need assistance leading up to the event on June 28. Please contact me if you can help with the distribution of promotional materials and/or if you can help with the set up on June 28.

This event is not part of the Town Hall program that the Liberals are planning over the next few months. However, we expect Mr. Longfield (MP for Guelph) to set up an official event to consult with the Guelph community on the Electoral Reform issue. We have offered assistance when the official Town Hall takes place.

We would like a good attendance at “Vote for Canada” with a view to demonstrating that Guelph is seriously concerned with Electoral Reform. Bring friends and young people.

Finally, one of our busy people has negotiated for “information table” space at both Hillside and the Labour Day Picnic. More assistance is certain to be required.

Happy Summer,
Ken MacKay
